摘 要:建立RAPFISH模型,从生态、经济、社会、技术和伦理五个方面对山东半岛蓝区海洋捕捞业可持续性进行定量评价。实证表明:生态方面,缇鱼可持续性得分最高,为64.726;经济方面,蓝点马鲛可持续性得分最高,为61.964;社会方面,带鱼社会可持续性得分最高,为52.203;技术和伦理方面,小黄鱼可持续性得分最高,分别为52.259和59.527。四个鱼种的可持续性处于中下水平,得分分布不均衡。山东半岛蓝区海洋捕捞业处于弱可持续状态,渔业资源衰退,管理制度不完善和捕捞从业人员素质低是主要原因。Building RAPFISH model to assess the sustainability of marine fishing industry in Shandong Peninsula Blue Area through ecological, economic, social, technological and ethical systems. The results showed that in the ecological system, the sustainability of Anchovy was the best and the score was 64.726. In the economic system, the sustainability of Spanish mackerel was the best and the score was 61.964. In the social system, the sustainability of Hairtail was the best and the score was 52.203. In the technological system and ethical system, Pseudosciaena polyactis was the best and the scores went to 52.259 and 59.527.The four fisheries showed weak sustainability in the five systems. And the distribution of the scores was uneven. The marine fishing industry in Shandong Peninsula Blue Area was in poor sustainability. The decline of fishery resources, the imperfection of management system and the poor qualities of fishermen were the main reasons.
