智力资本与企业技术效率——高技术产业上市公司的实证分析

摘　　要：应用动态DEA模型计算78家高技术产业上市公司2010-2014连续5年的技术效率。在此基础上,通过面板数据回归分析的方法探究智力资本与技术效率之间的关系。结果显示,智力资本与技术效率之间显著正相关。研究结果也表明,智力资本对公司的发展至关重要。在动态的商业环境中,高技术公司的管理者们应该投资并充分利用智力资本以获得竞争优势。This paper applies the dynamic data envelopment model to evaluate the technical efficiency of 78 high-tech industrial listed firms for the period 2010-2014. Then this study examines the relationship between intellectual capital and technical efficiency using the panel data regression approach. The regression analysis reveals that intellectual capitals are significantly positively associated with firm technical efficiency. Our findings also show that intellectual capital is essential to the development of a company. In the dynamic business world, high-tech firms＇ managers should invest and fully utilize capital to gain a competitive advantage.
