新乡市3所高校女大学生痛经现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解影响女大学生原发性痛经的相关因素,并为引导女大学生正确认识痛经问题及缓解痛经提供相关策略。方法通过自制问卷调查的方式,以年级为分层因素,采用整群随机抽样方法,对新乡市3所高校1 272名女生进行调查。结果共发放问卷1 272份,收回有效问卷1 154份,有效回收率90.72%。月经初潮年龄11~18岁,平均（13.44±0.04）岁;1 154名女大学生中痛经发病率为74.5%（860/1 154）,其中轻度69.2%,中度22.6%,重度8.1%;经单因素分析和多元logistic回归模型分析发现：母亲有痛经史、经期凝血块、不良饮食习惯、平时久坐、月经前或经期手脚凉、经期时间延长（〉7 d）为原发性痛经的影响因素（P〈0.05）。结论原发性痛经在女大学生中发病率高,与遗传因素、生活习惯等相关,采用相应缓解策略和方法对减轻女大学生痛经具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the influential factors of primary dysmenorrhea（ PD） in female college students and to help them have a clear understanding on PD,and offer effective strategies to relieve it. Methods The subjects were selected by cluster random sampling method and stratified by grade. A total of 1 272 female college students who from three university of Xinxiang city were surveyed by self-made questionnaire. Results A total of 1 272 questionnaire were send out and 1154 valid questionnaires were taken back; the effective recovery rate was 90. 72%. Menarche age range was 11- 18 years old,the median age was（ 13. 44 ± 0. 04） years old. The prevalence rate of PD in female college students was 74. 5%（ 860 /1 154）;the incidence of mild,moderate,serve PD cases was 69. 2%,22. 6% and 8. 1% respectively. The single factor analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis found that factors like mother with dysmenorrheal history,menstrual coagulate blood clot,poor dietary habits,sedentariness,long menstrual period（ 7 days） were the influencing factors of PD（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Female college students have a higher prevalence rate of PD which is correlated with genetic factor and poor living habits. We should carry out relevant strategies and methods to help them relieve the negative influences.
