摘  要:目的考察当归等10种药食两用中药材中有机氯六六六、滴滴涕和五氯硝基苯的残留量,为该类药食两用药材的安全性评价提供实验数据,为其标准的进一步完善提供参考。方法从市场收集该类药材30批次,采用GC-ECD检测方法对其进行9种有机氯农药残留检测。结果所建立的含测方法平均回收率为90.97%~103.56%,RSD值0.4%~2.7%。所测定的当归、党参等药材中均含有不同程度的有机氯农药残留。结论药食两用药材的农药残留限量需严格控制。Objective To explore the residual amount of Organochlorine 666,dichlorodiphenyl trichloroethane and quintozene in 10 kinds of food and medicine medicinal materials like Angelica sinensis,to provide experimental data for the safety evaluate for these food and medicine medicinal materials and to provide further reference for the standard.Methods 30 batches medicinal materials were collected from market and 9 kinds of chlorine pesticide residues were tested by using GC-ECD method. Results The average recovery rate of the methods was 90.97%-103.56% and the RSD was 0.4%-2.7%.Among Angelica sinensis and Codonopsis pilosula that were tested,different levels of organochlorine pesticide residues in them. Conclusion The pesticide residual limitations in food and medicine medicinal materials should be strict controlled.
