摘　　要：目的分析不同手术方式对复杂性肾结石患者术后性功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2015年4月我院诊治的复杂性肾结石患者162例,行微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术（PCNL）治疗（微创PCNL组）。采用性功能指数问卷和生活质量调查表对患者术前、术后的性功能和生活质量进行评估。同时,选取同期我院行开放性手术治疗复杂性肾结石患者128例为对照组。比较两组患者相关参数的差异。结果微创PCNL组患者一期结石取净率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,手术时间、并发症发生率、出血量显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。微创PCNL组术后3、6个月性勃起功能（性唤起）、性高潮、生理职能、性功能质量、性生活满意度、情感职能和心理健康评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论微创PCNL治疗复杂性肾结石具有较高的临床价值,术后性功能和生活质量改善明显。Objective To analyze the impact of different surgical treatment of complex renal calculi patient on postoperative sexual function and quality of life. Methods 162 patients with complex renal calculi in our hospital from January 2012 to April 2015 were selected.All patients were received minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment（MPCNL group）.The sexual function and quality of life were assessed before and after surgery using sexual function index questionnaire and short-form health survey,respectively.Meanwhile,128 patients with complex renal calculi treated by open operation treatment were selected as control group.The related parameters between two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group,the stone clearance rate of MPCNL group was higher（P〈0.05）,the operation time,operation blood loss and complication rate of MPCNL group were lower（P〈0.01）.Followed up from postoperative 3 months and 6 months,the erectile function,orgasm,role-physical,sexual function and quality,sexual satisfaction,role-emotion,metal health were statistically significant than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion MPCNL in the treatment of complex renal calculi has higher clinical value.The sexual function and quality of life can be improved after operation.
