毕节市托幼机构手足口病发病及防控现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解毕节市托幼机构相关人员对手足口病及其防治知识的认识程度,探讨近年来的发病状况,为制订防治策略提供科学依据。方法对2008~2012年毕节市所有托幼机构手足口病的相关情况进行调查,结合《中国疾病预防控制中心信息系统》获得历年数据。结果毕节市托幼机构手足口病的发病率有逐年上升趋势,男童的发病率显著高于女童发病率,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。托幼机构对手足口病的防控尚有不到位之处,消毒器械配备、消毒措施、执行情况、健康教育的平均合格率均不高。结论毕节市托幼机构儿童手足口病的发病率有逐年上升趋势,男童发病率高于女童。托幼机构对手足口病及其防治知识的了解程度尚缺乏,应加强手足口病知识的宣传、督促预防措施的落实。Objective To understand the awareness degree of prevention and treatment knowledge of related personnel in Bijie childcare facilities and to explore the incidence status in recent years and to provide scientific basis for making prevention and control strategy. Methods The related situation of hand,foot and mouth disease in Bijie childcare facilities from 2008 to 2012 were investigated.Data over the years that acquired from the Chinese center for disease control and prevention information system were obtained. Results The incidence rate of hand,foot and mouth disease in Bijie childcare facilities had a tendency to rise year by year,the incidence rate in boys was higher than that in girls,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was still inadequate aspects for the prevention and control of hand foot and mouth disease in the childcare facilities.The mean pass rate of Disinfecting apparatus equipment,disinfection measures,executive condition and health education were not high. Conclusion The incidence rate of hand,foot and mouth disease in Bijie childcare facilities had a tendency to rise year by yea,the incidence rate of boys are higher than that girls,the awareness degree of prevention and treatment knowledge of nursery and infant institutions is lack and publicity and commitment the supervise the preventive measures of hand foot and mouth disease knowledge should be strengthen.
