基于DEA模型的泛珠三角地区零售业经营效率研究

摘　　要：本文基于产出CCR模型,运用DEA方法对泛珠三角大陆地区的9个省份限额以上零售业2012年至2014年三年间的经营效率进行了测算和比较分析。分析结果表明,泛珠三角地区零售业经营效率存在东中西部省份差别,具有明显的梯度差异,东部地区在综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率方面均高于中西部省份;达到DEA有效的只有江西、四川和云南3个省份;东部地区的广东省零售业进入规模报酬递减阶段,2014年的江西和云南、2013年的四川处于规模报酬不变,其他省份在三年间均处于规模报酬递增;东部省份投入冗余情况较中西部省份处于相对轻度水平,从发展趋势看,泛珠三角地区各省份零售业经营效率处于上升发展通道。This paper base on output CCR model,Using DEA method to measure and analysis the operation efficiency of the pan pearl river delta region＇s nine provinces from 2012 to 2014. Analysis results show that the operating efficiency of the Pan Pearl River Delta region is different between the eastern and Western Provinces, Having obvious gradient difference. The comprehensive efficiency、pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the eastern region are higher than those in the central and Western Provinces;Achieve DEA effective only in Jiangxi, Sichuan and Yunnan 3 provinces;The retail industry in Guangdong Province of eastern region enter the stage of diminishing scale returns, Jiangxi province and Yunnan province in 2014、Sichuan province in 2013 enter the stage of constant scale returns, Other provinces in the three years are in the scale of increasing returns; The input redundancy in the Eastern provinces than the central and western provinces is in the relatively mild level;From the development trend,The retail business efficiency in Pan Pearl River Delta region is in the development channel.
