摘　　要：汽车仪表板头碰和气囊点爆试验在汽车安全性能验证中起到及其重要的作用,他们的通过与否直接关系到整车的公告和上市,因此国内各个主机厂均将此类试验问题列为重点攻克项。文章以试验中装饰条脱开问题为载体,依托CAE辅助分析,针对仪表板头碰和气囊点爆试验部件分离问题展开了详细的原因分析,并提出了优化方案,给仪表板及相关部件的结构方案设计起到了很好的借鉴作用。Car instrument panel head-impact and air bag burst test in safety performance verification plays an important role, their through or not is directly related to the vehicle＇s announcement and listed, therefore the domestic various makers will be listed as key to overcome such test problem. Now, we take the garnish separation during the test for example, based on CAE analysis, in view of the head-impact and air bag burst test component separation problems began a detailed analysis of the causes, and put forward the optimization plan, for the structure design of the dashboard and related components has played a very good reference.
