摘　　要：文章根据国家计量技术规范JJF1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》并结合实际工作经验,分析和计算了光滑塞规直径尺寸测量系统的不确定度来源,并对其进行测量不确定度评定,对从事精密检测计量人员有一定的借鉴作用。The article according to the national metrological specification JJF1059-2012 ＂measurement uncertainty evaluation and said＂ and combined with practical work experience, analysis and calculation the smooth plug gauge diameter size sources of uncertainty of measurement system, and carries on the measurement uncertainty evaluation, the personnel engaged in precision detection measurement is of certain reference value.
