摘　　要：随着我国市场经济的深入发展,商用车已经迅速取代人推马拉的老式运输方式,汽车的发展大大促进了运输行业和经济的腾飞。商用车一般会采取承载能力更高的整体式后桥的驱动结构,虽然这种后桥已经是非常常用的结构形式,但在实际搭载中还有很多问题困扰广大用户。其中整体式后桥半轴油封漏油和主减输入轴油封漏油较为常见,但纠其漏油原因纷繁复杂。文章中,针对后桥半轴油封漏油的失效模式进行专项研究和总结。With the economic rapid development, Commercial vehicle have replaced traditional mode of transportation. Vehicle development promotes transportation and economy growth rapidly. Integral rear axle usually used on commercial vehicle due to its heavy loading capability. It is a common structure, but there are still many problems which puzzled customers. The leaking of half shaft oil seal and reduction gear input shaft oil seal is common phenomenon, but the reasons are complex. In this paper, some research and summer will be done about leaking of half shaft oil seal.
