摘　　要：在深入调研企业流通成本构成的基础上,探索"互联网+"监管模式。借助进出口产品追溯监管平台,实现检验检疫工作的"前推后移",待检商品"边检验边流通"。在提升国检部门监管力度的同时,降低进出口企业的流通成本,对进出口贸易起到积极的促进作用。On the basis of in-depth research for enterprise distribution cost,a brand new ＂the Internet ＋＂ supervision mode was explored. Using the Import and Export of Product Retroactive Supervision Platform,inspection and quarantine work can be implemented as ＂before-after supervision＂,and items in inspection and quarantine can be ＂circulated while tested＂. The brand new supervision mode will improve the inspection and supervision while reducing the circulation cost of import and export enterprises. Thus it is regarded as playing a positive role in developing import and export business.
