摘　　要：目的观察585nm脉冲染料激光联合果酸换肤治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法 40例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各20例,治疗组予585nm脉冲染料激光联合果酸换肤治疗,对照组予果酸治疗。结果治疗组有效率为75.00%(20例),对照组有效率为50.00%(20例),治疗组有效率高于对照组,(χ2=4.56,P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 585nm脉冲染料激光联合果酸换肤可提高痤疮的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 585 nm pulsed dye laser and hydroxy acid on patient with acne.Methods Forty patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,treatment group was treated by585 nm pulsed dye laser and hydroxy acid,control group used hydrxy acid only. Results The total effective rates of two groups were 75. 00%,50. 00% respectively,and there was a significant statistic difference between them.（ χ^2= 4. 56,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Clinical application of hydroxy acid combined with 585 nm pulsed dye laser is more effective treatment for acne.
