摘　　要：概述了φ180 mm TCM三辊限动芯棒连轧管机组的工艺流程、主要设备配型及生产控制技术。着重对该机组的穿孔机、连轧机和张力减径机的部分控制技术进行了说明,三种控制技术在φ180 mm TCM连轧管机组的应用效果显著,壁厚精度及成材率明显提高,较使用新技术前成材率提高约2%~4%,连轧机及其控制技术得到用户的好评。This paper describes the milling process, major equipments and production control technology of φ180 mm TCM3-roll retained-mandrel pipe mill. The focus is describing some controlling technologies of piercing mill, 3-roll mandrel mill and strength-reducing mill. Finally it summarizes the application results, the yield of new control technology is increased about 2%~4% and it has got good comments.
