摘　　要：庄一夔历来被视为清代中期儿科名家,但其生平事迹却记载寥寥。经过笔者考证,可知庄一夔出生于明清时期的江南望族——毗陵庄氏,族人们驰骋官场,通过联姻与各大家族支脉相连。他本人虽未参加科举考试,但也非一介白衣,曾担任过荆州吏目,并因貤封得到了不低于从六品的官衔。庄氏家学渊源,早年学儒,却因身患疾病而走上通医之路,虽未开业行医,却医名卓著,在儿科和外科方面尤为精妙,著有儿科慢惊风专著《福幼编》和痘疹专著《遂生编》,影响深远。除此之外,他的文字功底深厚,留有诗集《摘录班斧集》,立意高远,时人评价颇高。ZHUANG Yi-kui was known as a famous traditional Chinese medicine pediatrician in the Qing dynasty. However,there was few records about his lifetime. Through the author＇s textual research,ZHUANG was born in Pi Ling ZHUANG＇s family, which was a loyal one during the Ming dynasty and the Qing dyansty. The family members had occupied in governmental departments by marriages among several celebrated families. Although he didn＇t participated in the imperial examination,he was still a formal official by undertaking Jingzhou offices with no less than six class rank. ZHUANG switched to learn medicine due to his own disease,despite he had studied Chinese classics at his early age. But he still earned good reputation by his skills without having his own clinics,especially in the field of pediatrics and dermatology. His famous works, Fu You Bian and Sui Sheng Bian, had influenced lots of doctors. There had been splendid comments in his poet work, Zhai Lu Ban Fu Ji, for his excellent writing base and profound conceptions.
