20例肝硬化并食道静脉曲张破裂出血三腔气囊管压迫止血护理对策及效果评价

摘　　要：目的：探讨分析肝硬化并食道静脉曲张破裂出血三腔气囊管压迫止血的护理对策,并对护理效果评价。方法：随机选取2014年1月-2015年1月笔者所在医院收治的肝硬化并食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者20例,采用三腔气囊管进行压迫止血,并给予相应护理措施,观察患者24～72 h内的出血情况。结果：插管成功后,8例患者24 h内出血停止,11例患者48 h内出血停止,1例患者72 h内出血停止,近期止血效果良好。结论：三腔气囊管处理肝硬化并食道静脉曲张破裂出血方便、快捷、有效,优质的护理可明显提高止血效果。Objective：To investigate the nursing measures of the three chamber balloon tube pressure hemostasis in the patients with cirrhosis and esophageal varices bleeding,and to evaluate the effect of nursing.Method：20 patients with cirrhosis and esophageal varices bleeding were randomly selected in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,patients with esophageal varices bleeding were treated with three chamber balloon tube,and the corresponding nursing measures were given to observe the bleeding of 24-72 hours.Result：After successful intubation,8 patients with 24 h bleeding stopped,11 patients with 48 h bleeding stopped,1 patient with 72 h bleeding stopped,good effect of hemostasis in the near future.Conclusion：The three chamber balloon tube is convenient,fast and effective for treatment of cirrhosis and esophageal varices bleeding,the quality of nursing can significantly improve the effect of hemostasis.
