胎头吸引器在剖宫产术中娩头困难的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:了解胎头吸引器在剖宫产术中取头困难应用的安全性及可行性。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月-2014年12月在笔者所在医院剖宫产术中取头困难的胎儿运用胎头吸引器负压吸引娩出的59例胎儿的临床资料。结果:观察母婴结局,59例均顺利娩出,1例新生儿因胎儿窘迫行急诊剖宫产娩出时出现轻度窒息,其余新生儿无明显不良并发症,无一例产妇子宫下段裂伤。结论:剖宫产术中胎头娩出困难采用硅胶软胎头吸引器吸引助娩安全、方便、可行。Objective：To investigate the safety and feasibility of the fetal head extractor in application of in cesarean section the head of the fetal head suction in the section.Method：The clinical data of cesarean section fetus with fetal head extractor for fetal head suction childbirth 59 fetus in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Result：Maternal and neonatal outcomes were observed,59 cases were successfully delivered, 1 neonate with mild asphyxia due to fetal distress for emergency cesarean delivery,the remained neonates without obvious complications,no maternal uterine laceration.Conclusion：The cesarean section fetal head delivery during the use of silicone soft fetal head extractor to attract the help delivery of safe and convenient,feasible.
