摘　　要：目的探讨改良V-Y推进皮瓣联合甲床扩大的方法治疗指端缺损的疗效。方法采用改良V-Y推进皮瓣联合甲床扩大的方法治疗42例患者共53指。结果所有皮瓣均存活,3例皮瓣远端部分坏死,经换药后愈合。患者均获得随访,时间6个月~2年。伤指指端和指甲外形满意。结论改良V-Y推进皮瓣联合甲床扩大是治疗指端缺损的有效方法。Objective To investigate the outcome of advance V-Y skin flap and nail-bed lengthening for repairing traumatic fingertip defect. Methods 53 digits in 42 cases were repaired by advance V-Y skin flap and nail-bed lengthening. Results All of the flaps survived satisfactorily,3 cases got part of distal skin flap necrosis,healed after dressing. All cases were followed up from 6 months to 2 years,the shape of injuried digits and nail was satisfactory.Conclusions It is an effective method to repair traumatic fingertip defect by advance V-Y skin flap and nail-bed lengthening.
