摘　　要：目的探讨经外侧小切口入路治疗儿童肱骨髁上GartlandⅢ型骨折的疗效。方法手术治疗36例GartlandⅢ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折,采用外侧小切口入路显露,手指伸入骨折前方协助复位后交叉克氏针固定。结果 36例均获得到随访,时间6~24个月。骨折均愈合。参照Flynn标准评定肘关节功能：优30例,良4例,可2例,优良率为94.4%。结论经外侧小切口入路治疗儿童肱骨髁上GartlandⅢ型骨折创伤小,出血少,术后并发症少,疗效满意。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of small lateral incision in operative treatment of Gartland type Ⅲ humeral supracondylar fracture in children. Methods 36 patients with Gartland type Ⅲ humeral supracondylar fracture were treated by operation. Crossing Kirschner wire fixation after assisting reduction（ the finger placing the front of fracture） was performed through small lateral incision. Results A total of 36 patients were followed up from6 months to 2 years. All fracture were healed. The results were excellent in 30 cases,good in 4,and fair in 2; and the excellent and good rate was 94. 4% according to the Flynn standard. Conclusions The treatment of Gartland type Ⅲ humeral supracondylar fracture in children through small lateral incision provides good results,which has minimal trauma,little blood loss and few complication.
