摘　　要：目的探讨撬拨复位结合Ilizarov技术在治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅣ~Ⅵ型骨折的疗效。方法采用撬拨复位结合Ilizarov技术治疗31例胫骨平台SchatzkerⅣ~Ⅵ型骨折患者。参照膝关节Hohl评分标准评价膝关节功能。结果 31例患者均获得随访,时间12~24个月。骨折处全部愈合。末次随访时膝关节功能优22例,良6例,可3例,优良率90.3%。结论撬拨复位结合Ilizarov技术治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅣ~Ⅵ型骨折疗效确切,具有微创、能早期负重的优点,尤其适合软组织条件差的患者,是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of poking reduction combined with Ilizarov technique in the treatment of tibial plateau Schatzker type Ⅳ ~ Ⅵ fractures. Methods 31 patients with the tibial plateau Schatzker typeⅣ ~ Ⅵ fractures were treated by using poking reduction combined with Ilizarov technique. Functional recovery of the knee joint was assessed according to Hohl rating scale score. Results All the patients were followed up for 12 ~ 24 months. The fractures got solid bony union eventually. The function of the joint was excellent in 22 cases,good in 6,fair in 3,and the excellent-good rate was 90. 3%. Conclusions The method of poking reduction combined with Ilizarov technique has good satisfactory therapeutic effects of treating high energy tibial plateau fractures,and has advantages in minimal invasive aspect and the starting time of weight bearing of postoperation,especially suitable for the cases of poor soft tissue conditions. It is an effective method for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.
