摘　　要：编号031~035的抗原都是2010年以后发现并由国际输血协会（ISBT）确认的系统抗原。其中,FORS抗原是一种＂异嗜性抗原＂,与痢疾志贺氏大肠杆菌外毒素蛋白可发生凝集反应,在肿瘤中呈高水平表达。JR抗原是＂乳腺癌耐药蛋白＂,是跨膜的ABCG2转运蛋白,与乳腺癌的药物治疗直接相关。The number of 031-035 antigens are discovered and confirmed by ISBT system after 2010 antigen.FORS antigen is a kind of ＂licking antigen＂,highly expressed in tumor cell,and can have an agglutination with the dysentery hayes exotoxin protein of e.coli.JR antigen is a ＂ breast cancer resistance protein＂ and transmembrane ABCG2 transporter proteins,which is directly related to drug therapy of breast cancer.LAN antigen participates in heme metabolism,and is also ABCB6 transporter which is the member of the family of transporters,which participate in the regulation of the iron/sulfur protein balance from mitochondria to cytoplasm.VEL antigen is a kind of antigen of clinical significance,which can cause HDN haemolysis and hemolytic transfusion reaction.L antigen is the member of ＂ membrane differentiation antigen＂ family（CD59）,and the lack of L antigen is positively correlated with PNH（paroxysmal sleep hemoglobinuria）.
