摘　　要：目的:了解湘西土家族苗族自治州民间医生的生存现状。方法:以土家族和苗族聚居的湘西土家族苗族自治州为主要调研点,通过走访当地民间医生及居民了解其生存现状。结果:民间医药人员面临行医难,用药难,从业人员逐年锐减,民间医药文化的土壤遭到根本性破化。结论:民间医药物美价廉,有着十分深厚的群众基础和丰富的实践经验,成为当地居民防病治病的重要手段,对现代医疗体系起着很好的补充作用,需要通过政策引导来更好传承民间医药文化。Objective To investigate the present situation investigation of folk doctors in Tujia- Miao autonomous prefecture of Xiangxi. Methods On the basis of fieldwork in Tujia- Miao autonomous prefecture of Xiangxi,by interviewing local folk doctors and residents,Learn their survival status quo.. Results The folk doctors are faced with difficult to practice medicine and other issues,the staff has been sharply reduced,and the basis of folk medicine and culture has been broken. Conclusion Folk medicine is simple,convenient,inexpensive and effective,which has a deep folk foundation,as a very good supplement to the modern medical system,it is an important means of local residents to prevent and treat diseases. It is necessary to strengthen the protection and inheritance of folk medicine culture through guidance by policies.
