无痛性心肌缺血患者应用动态心电图诊断的价值分析

摘　　要：目的：探究无痛性心肌缺血患者应用动态心电图诊断价值。方法：选择180例心肌缺血患者,随机分为两组,每组90例。其中观察组经动态心电图检查;对照组经常规心电图检查,比较两组检出效果。结果：观察组检出率为93.3%明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;心肌缺血与心率呈正相关（r=0.539,P=0.000）;经动态心电图显示,共发生759次ST段压低次数,6：00-12：00发生心肌缺血百分比为49.7%,12：00-18：00发生心肌缺血百分比为10.3%,18：00-00：00发生心肌缺血百分比为19.0%,00：00-6：00发生心肌缺血百分比为21.1%。6：00-12：00时间段明显高于其他时间段,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：无痛性心肌缺血经动态心电图诊断,可明显提高检出率,效果良好。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with painless myocardial ischemia.Methods 180 cases of patients with myocardial ischemia were selected and were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the observation group were examined by ambulatory electrocardiogram（ ECG） while patients in the control group were examined by routine ECG examination. The detection effects of the two groups were compared. Results The detection rate of observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,which had statistical differences（ P〈0. 05）. Myocardial ischemia and heart rate were positively correlated（ r = 0. 539,P = 0. 000）. Dynamic ECG showed a total of 759 times of the number of ST segment depression. The percentage of myocardial ischemia in 6： 00 - 12： 00 was 49. 7%. The percentage of myocardial ischemia in12： 00 - 18： 00 was 10. 3%. The percentage of myocardial ischemia in 18： 00 - 00： 00 was 19%. The percentage of myocardial ischemia in 00： 00 - 6： 00 was 21. 1%. 6： 00 - 12： 00 time period was significantly higher than other time periods,which had statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis of painless myocardial ischemia can significantly improve the detection rate and the effect is good.
