优质护理在感染性休克有创动脉血压监测40例中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察精细化优质护理对感染性休克患者有创动脉血压监测的护理效果。方法:选取我科接受治疗的感染性休克早期患者80例,按照护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例,两组均进行有创动脉血压监测,观察组采用精细化优质护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较分析两组患者的0h、24h、96h的血压、并发症发生情况及患者满意率。结果:不同时段,观察组患者的血压较对照组升高更快,仅发生1例并发症,患者家属对护理效果满意度更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化优质护理能够加速感染性休克有创动脉血压监测患者的血压恢复,减少并发症发生,在一定程度上可提高护理质量和治疗效果,提高家属满意度。Objective To observe the fine quality of nursing in patients with septic shock has the arterial blood pressure monitoring nursing effect. Selection Methods Selected 80 case of patients with septic shock early in our hospital,divided into control group and observation group,observation group acapeted fine quality of nursing care,while control group acapeted sampling routine nursing.Comparaed two groups of patients when 0h,24 h,96 h blood pressure,the satisfaction and complications and patients＇ families. Results The observation group of patients blood pressure increased faster,and during that time,there was only 1 case in observation group,patients＇ families to the satisfaction of nursing effect is higher,two groups of data has obvious difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The fine quality of nursing can accelerate the septic shock patients with invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring blood pressure recovery,reduce complications,in a certain improve the effect of care and treatment,improve the degree of satisfaction.
