摘　　要：本文主要介绍辽宁省为切实加强小型水库管理,确保水库安全运行和效益的充分发挥,用七年时间,在小型水库全面复核、预报预警、管护模式、手机报汛系统等技术环节开展的研究工作,呈现了一套完整的小型水库安全保障体系的构建,可为其他地区提供参考。In the paper,it is mainly introduced that Liaoning Province studies in the technical links of small reservoir comprehensive review,forecast early warning,management protection mode,mobile phone flood news report system,etc.within 7 years in order to actually strengthen the management of small reservoirs,ensure safe operation of the reservoir and fully exert the efficiency. A set of complete small reservoir safety guarantee system construction is shown,which can provide reference for other regions.
