摘　　要：水力自控翻板闸坝是防洪调蓄工程,在水利水电建设中得到广泛应用,同时也是景观工程,越来越多地应用于城市河道治理中。本文详细介绍了灵宝市城区河道治理工程中从橡胶坝到水力自控翻板闸的防洪拦蓄建筑方案选定,论述了滚轮连杆式水力自控翻板闸门的工作原理以及其在河道治理工程中的应用,对于城市河道治理工程具有参考价值。Hydraulic automatic control flap gate dam belongs to flood control storage project,which is widely used in water conservancy and hydropower construction. Meanwhile,it also belongs to landscape project,which is used in urban river management more and more widely. In the paper,flood control storage construction plan selection from rubber dam to automatic control flap gate in Lingbao Urban River Regulation Project is introduced in detail,which has reference value for urban river governance projects.
