摘 要:目的:明确宁夏枸杞不同品种对枸杞瘿螨致瘿行为生理响应的差异性,为枸杞瘿螨抗性育种评价提供依据。方法:实验室条件下人工接种枸杞瘿螨,比较不同致瘿阶段宁夏枸杞不同品种所形成的单个虫瘿面积、单位叶片的虫瘿数和虫瘿总面积,同时测定枸杞瘿螨对叶片可溶性糖、总酚、类黄酮、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量的影响。结果:宁夏枸杞三种主栽品种对枸杞瘿螨的抗性从强到弱依次为:宁杞1号>宁杞7号>宁杞5号;遭受瘿螨为害后,可溶性糖、总酚、类黄酮和POD的增加量从大到小依次为:宁杞5号>宁杞7号>宁杞1号,且有显著性差异。CAT的增加量从大到小依次为:宁杞5号>宁杞7号>宁杞1号,但无显著性差异。结论:宁夏枸杞不同品种对枸杞瘿螨的响应有显著性差异,且可溶性糖、总酚、类黄酮和POD含量变化明显。Objective: To evaluate the resistant genes of wolfberry( Lycium barbarum L.),the physiologic response of different wolfberry to gall mites Aceria pallida was studied. Methods: Under the same condition,the gall area,the number of gall in per leaf and the number of the mite in per leaf were studied, and the content of soluble sugar, total phenolic,flavonoids,POD and CAT were test with kits. Results: The resistance of threemain cultivatedwolfberry from high to low was Ningqi NO. 1, Ningqi NO. 7, Ningqi NO. 5. A significant difference in mean content of soluble sugar, total phenolic,flavonoids and POD from high to low was Ningqi NO. 5,Ningqi NO. 7,Ningqi NO. 1 after damaged by the mite. The mean content of CAT in three wolfberry had no significant differences,but the order from high to low was Ningqi NO. 5,Ningqi NO. 7,Ningqi NO. 1. Conclusion: The response of three main cultivated wolfberry to gall mites A. pallida had significant differences,and thesoluble sugar,total phenolic flavonoids and POD were different.
