摘 要:目的:对不同种质黄芩中3种黄酮类成分和总黄酮进行测定和综合评价,为遴选黄酮类成分含量高的黄芩种质提供依据。方法:采用改进的高效液相色谱法测定不同种质黄芩根中黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素的含量,采用UV-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,应用主成分分析和灰色模式识别法验证并综合评价不同种质黄芩的化学质量。结果:黄芩苷、汉黄芩素及总黄酮含量在不同种质间差异显著,其中13号黄芩种质黄芩苷和总黄酮含量最高,1号、7号黄芩种质黄芩苷、黄芩素与总黄酮含量均较高。主成分分析和灰色模式识别法分析结果验证了本次试验中1号、7号、13号为优良种质,可以作为黄芩新品种选育对象。结论:采用改进后的HPLC法可较好地测定黄芩3种黄酮类成分,不同种质黄芩中黄酮类成分含量均存在显著差异;应用主成分分析和灰色模式识别法均遴选出了目标种质,该方法适用于不同种质药材质量的综合评价。Objective: To provide a basis for selecting high content of flavonoids ingredients of Scutellariae Radix germplasms by determination and analysis on three flavonoids ingredients and the total flavonoids of different Scutellariae Radix germplasms. Methods: The content of baicalin,baicalein and wogonin were determined by HPLC. And the total content of flavonoids of different Scutellariae Radixgermplasm was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. Principal component analysis and grey pattern recognition method was applied to comprehensive evaluation of different Scutellariae Radix germplasms quality. Results: Variance analysis results showed that the content of baicalin,wogonin and the total flavonoids were extremely significantly different among different germplasms. The baicalin and total flavonoids in germplasm 13 was higher than other germplasms. Germplasm 1 and 7,of which baicalin,baicalein and total flavonoids were all high. The analysis results of grey pattern recognition method verified that the Scutellariae Radix of germplasm 1,7 and 13 are optimal germplasms,which can be as selection objects of Scutellaria baicalensis new varieties. Conclusion: The improved HPLC method is fit for determination for flavonoids ingredients of scutellariae Radix. There are significant difference between different Scutellariae Radix germplasms. Principal component analysis and the grey pattern recognition method is suitable for quality evaluation of different Scutellariae Radix germplasms.
