摘　　要：目的探究胆道探查导致的胆总管末端受损伤的诊治方法。方法将因胆道探查而导致的单管末端损伤的患者治疗过程进行总结分析。结果在手术中15例胆管末端受伤,采取T管引流和腹腔引流治疗,最终15例患者得到痊愈。结论胆管损伤应该及时发现,有助于后期的治疗。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of common bile duct injury caused by bile duct exploration. Methods The process of bile duct injury caused by bile duct exploration were analyzed. Results At the end of the operation,15 patients were found to be injured. T tube drainage and abdominal drainage were taken,and 15 patients were recovered. Conclusion Bile duct injury should be found in time,it will be helpful for the treatment of the later stage.
