右胸小切口在小儿先天性心脏病心内直视手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析右胸小切口在小儿先天性心脏病心内直视手术中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的152例右胸小切口完成体外循环下实施心内直视手术的小儿先天性心脏病患者为观察组,同期收治的152例实施正中切口体外循环下进行心内直视手术的先天性心脏病患者为对照组。比较两组患者手术切口长度、术后引流量、住院时间及切口感染发生率。结果术后观察组患儿切口长度、术后引流量、住院时间及切口感染发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右胸小切口适用于小儿先天性心脏病心内直视手术,其切口较小、易隐蔽、术后出血少、切口感染率低。Objective To analyze the application effect of right chest small incision in open heart surgery in children with congenital heart disease. Methods 152 cases of pediatric patients with congenital heart disease undergoing open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass were selected as the observation group. At the same time,152 patients with congenital heart disease undergoing open heart surgery were selected as control group. The operation incision length,postoperative drainage volume,length of stay and incidence of incision infection were compared between the two groups. Results The incision length,postoperative drainage,length of stay and incidence of incision infection were lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Right chest small incision is suitable for open heart surgery in children with congenital heart disease. The incision is small,easy to conceal,less bleeding and low infection rate.
