腹腔镜和开腹结肠切除手术治疗先天性巨结肠的疗效探析

摘　　要：目的对比分析腹腔镜和开腹结肠切除手术治疗先天性巨结肠的效果。方法选择我院治疗先天性巨结肠的患者30例,对照组使用开腹结肠切除手术,实验组使用腹腔镜切除手术。结果实验组手术时间、术中出血、禁食时间、发热时间以及并发症发生率均小于对照组。结论针对先天性巨结肠患者应用腹腔镜治疗的效果理想,能够有效减少患者的创伤程度。Objective To compare the treatment effect of congenital megacolon of laparoscopic and open surgery for colon resection. Methods In our hospital,chose congenital megacolon in 30 patients,the control group using open colon surgery,the experimental group used laparoscopic surgery. Results In the experimental group,the operation time,the bleeding,the fasting time,the heating time and the incidence of complications were less than those of the control group. Conclusion The application of laparoscopy in the treatment of patients with congenital giant colon disease is significant,and can effectively reduce the extent of trauma.
