更昔洛韦联合人免疫球蛋白治疗小儿病毒性脑炎效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究更昔洛韦联合人免疫球蛋白(IVIG)治疗小儿病毒性脑炎疗效。方法选取我院收治的80例病毒性脑炎患儿,按照随机抽签的方式分成观察组和对照组,观察组使用更昔洛韦联合IVIG治疗,对照组单用更昔洛韦治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;两组在退热、惊厥控制和意识恢复、头痛、呕吐消失时间等比较,P<0.05。观察组和对照组住院时间比较,P<0.05。结论小儿病毒性脑炎通过更昔洛韦联合人免疫球蛋白治疗,临床疗效好,且安全、可靠。Objective To explore ganciclovir and human immunoglobulin（IVIG） therapy in children with viral encephalitis of effect. Methods In our hospital,80 cases of children with viral encephalitis,in a random drawing lots divided into observation group and control group. The observation group using ganciclovir IVIG treatment,the control group was treated with ganciclovir,then comparison of clinical efficacy. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P〈0.05. Two groups in fever, convulsions control and recovery of consciousness,a headache,vomiting disappeared time,P〈0.05. Observation group and control group,hospital stay,P〈0.05. Conclusion Children with viral encephalitis using human immunoglobulin and ganciclovir fro treatment,have significant clinical effect,and they are safe and reliable.
