环孢素A治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察分析环孢素A（Cs A）治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血（CAA）的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年2月~2015年2月收治的50例CAA患者,运用双色球随机分组法分为观察组（n=25）和对照组（n=25）,对照组患者采用康力龙治疗,在此基础上观察组患者采用环孢素A治疗,观察治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率80.00%,高于对照组60.00%（P〈0.05）;不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论针对CAA患者,在雄激素治疗同时,采用环孢素A治疗,有利于缓解临床症状,提高治疗有效率。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of cyclosporine A（Cs A）in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia（CAA）. Methods 50 patients with CAA and who accepted treatments in our hospital from February,2014 to February,2015 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group（n=25）and the control group（n=25）by the two color random grouping method. In the control group,they were treated with stanozolol while in the observation group,on the basis of control groupthey were treated with the cyclosporine A. Then,the treatment effects were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 80%,which was higher than the control group of 60%（P〈0.05）. And the adverse reaction has no significant difference. Conclusion For patients with CAA,using androgen therapy and cyclosporine A for treatment,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms,and improve the treatment efficiency.
