摘　　要：目的探究更昔洛韦联合血必净治疗病毒性脑炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院诊治的病毒性脑炎患者50例,对照组使用更昔洛韦诊治,实验组使用更昔洛韦联合血必净治疗。结果实验组的有效率高于对照组。结论更昔洛韦联合血必净治疗病毒性脑炎效果更佳。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of ganciclovir combined with Xuebijing injection in the treatment of viral encephalitis. Methods In our hospital for treatment of viral encephalitis 50 patients,control group were treated with ganciclovir,experimental group used ganciclovir combined with Xuebijing for treatment. Results The effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Ganciclovir combined with Xuebijing injection in the treatment of viral encephalitis are better.
