中西医结合对胃食管反流病的临床治疗观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗对胃食管反流患者的临床效果。方法将患者分为治疗组(23例)和对照组(22例),2组采用相同西药治疗,治疗组同时给予中药方剂治疗,采用反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)比较2组治疗效果。结果 2组患者治疗前RDQ评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周末实验组RDQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对胃食管反流患者采用中西医结合治疗,效果可靠。Objective To investigate the combination therapy of gastroesophageal reflux in patients with clinical effect. Methods The patients were divided into treatment group and control group,the two groups with the same western medicine,using RDQ to compare 2 groups of treatment effect.Results 2 group of patients before treatment,RDQ score＇difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）,treatment of 4 weeks in the experimental group of RDQ scores were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The patients with gastroesophageal reflux diseses using integrative treatment is reliable.
