几种红细胞和铁参数在儿童缺铁性贫血和溶血性贫血中的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨几种红细胞和铁参数在儿童缺铁性贫血和溶血性贫血中的应用。方法择取3年内笔者所在医院就诊的缺铁性贫血患儿共50例,设其为研究组;择取同期就诊的溶血性贫血患儿50例,设其为对照组。两组患者于清晨取血后,用专用仪器中进行检测。结果两组患儿在血红蛋白和s Tf R两项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在ZPP、RDW-SD与RDW-CV三项指标,研究组与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RDW用于反映红细胞的形态变异程度,ZPP是原卟啉与锌离子的结合产物,两种检测数据均可应用于诊断儿童缺铁性贫血和溶血性贫血。Objective To investigate several red blood cells and iron parameters in children with iron deficiency anemia and hemolytic anemia. Methods Chose the three years,our hospital for treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children with a total of 50 cases as the study group. Selected the same period for treatment of hemolytic anemia in children in 50 cases as control group. Two groups of patients in the morning after taking blood,placed in a special instrument to detect. Results The two groups of children in hemoglobin and s Tf R of two indicators had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）,and in the three indexes of ZPP,rdw-sd and rdw-cv,study group and the control group have significantly difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion RDW is used to reflect the degree of morphological variation of red blood cells,ZPP is the combination of the porphyrin and the zinc ion,and the two kinds of detection data can be used in the diagnosis of children with iron deficiency anemia and hemolytic anemia.
