集束化策略对重症监护室实习医生手卫生依从性干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析集束化策略对重症监护室实习医生手卫生依从性的干预效果,强化实习医生手卫生意识,提高其手卫生的依从性。方法将本科室2015年8月~2016年1月来自不同院校的60名实习医生作为研究对象,采用集束化策略对其手卫生依从性进行干预,干预前后对其手卫生依从率,手部细菌菌落数进行统计分析。结果干预前后重症监护室实习医生手卫生依从率及手部细菌菌落数比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论集束化策略能提高重症监护室实习医生的手卫生依从性。Objective To analyze intervention effect of the cluster strategy in ICU practice doctor hand hygiene compliance,strengthening practice physician awareness of hand hygiene,from semi professional to improve the hand hygiene compliance. Methods The undergraduate laboratory from August 2015 to January 2016 60 students from different colleges and universities as the research object. Using the cluster strategy intervention on the compliance of hand hygiene,before and after the intervention,the hand hygiene compliance rate,the number of hand bacterial colonies for statistical analysis. Results Before and afterintervention,difference of ICU practice doctor hand hygiene compliance rate and hand bacteria colony number was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cluster strategy can improve the hand hygiene compliance of the intensive care unit.
