观察立体防护在医院普通病房感染管理中应用的效果

摘　　要：目的观察立体防护在医院普通病房感染管理中应用的效果。方法选取我院普通病房患者400例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组200例,对照组给予常规防护,而观察组给予立体防护,对比应用效果。结果观察组病房空气、电器以及桌面合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在普通病房中实施立体防护改善病房环境,提升病房清洁度,降低并发症的发生。Objective Observed the effect of three-dimensional protection in hospital general ward infection control. Methods General ward in our hospital,400 cases of patients as research subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 200 cases,control group received conventional protection and observation group were given three-dimensional protection,compared to the effect of the application. Results The observation group＇s ward air, appliances and desktop pass rate was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. The incidence of infection in patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implemented of three-dimensional protection can significantly improve the ward environment, improve ward cleanliness, reduce the incidence of complications.
