摘  要:目的分析细菌耐药率和抗菌药物在铜绿假单胞菌医院感染的应用。方法回顾性分析我院2012年4月~2015年4月,治疗的39例铜绿假单胞菌医院感染患者的临床资料,分析铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗菌药物药敏结果,细菌耐药率及联合用药情况。结果铜绿假单胞菌对抗生素的耐药率较高,敏感率较低,呈现多重耐药性;铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林/舒巴坦钠、头孢曲松、妥布霉素和环丙沙星的敏感率较高,均〉90%,耐药率〈10%。结论铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率较高,需根据药敏试验结果,选用靶向性强的抗菌药物,并联合选用合理的抗菌药物,协同提高对铜绿假单胞菌医院感染的疗效。Objective To analyze bacteria resistance and antibacterial drugs in the application of nosocomial infection of pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods Retrospective analysis of 39 cases of patients with nosocomial infection of pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical data from April 2012 to April 2015. Analysis of pseudomonas aeruginosa to commonly used antimicrobial drug susceptibility as a result,the bacteria resistance and combination. Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotics resistance was higher,the sensitive rate was lower,presented the multiple drug resistance. Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ampicillin sodium/shu ba, ceftriaxone,tobramycin,ciprofloxacin of sensitive rate were higher,was greater than 90%,the resistance was less than 10%. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant rate is higher,need according to the results of drug sensitive test,choose target strong antimicrobial agents,and jointly choose rational antimicrobial agents, to improve the curative effect of nosocomial infection of pseudomonas aeruginosa.
