摘　　要：在燃煤电厂烟气湿法脱硫工艺中,吸收塔处理后的净烟气属于低温腐蚀性气体,对原烟囱筒体内衬产生腐蚀,影响烟囱的结构安全,必须对烟囱进行防腐改造。为了解决烟囱防腐施工期间不影响主机正常运行的难题,需设置临时过渡烟囱。本文结合姚电公司工程实际情况,介绍了设置临时烟囱的2种方法,制作安装时的注意事项,临时烟囱运行对主机的影响及采取的有效措施。临时烟囱的使用避免了在烟囱防腐期间机组停运时间较长带来的经济损失和风险,该方法为烟囱防腐提供了有效的时间保障,具有一定的参考价值。Coal-fired power plant in the wet flue gas desulfurization process,the net flue gas absorption tower after treatment are low-temperature corrosive gas,produced the original chimney liner cylinder corrosion, affecting the structural safety of the chimney,the chimney must be modified to corrosion.In order to solve the chimney corrosion does not affect the host during the construction of the normal operation of problems,the need to set interim chimney.In this paper,the actual situation Yao electrical engineering,introduced the temporary chimney two kinds of methods,making installation of the Notes,the temporary impact of the chimney running on the mainframe and take effective measures.The temporary use of the chimney to avoid corrosion in the chimney during the unit outage longer the economic losses and risks,the method for the chimney time to provide an effective anti-corrosion protection,has a certain reference value.
