摘　　要：随着综合气象业务改革的稳步推进,观测仪器的更新换代,观测项目的规定不断更新,新型自动气象站设备已在地面气象观测中普及使用,地面测报业务软件更换为MOI软件。根据地面气象观测规范及日常业务工作中遇到的技术问题进行整理,一方面便于气象观测员日常操作,另一方面也可大大提高气象观测数据的准确性。With the steady progress of the comprehensive meteorological service ref^rm＇updating of observation instrument,updating continuously of the observed items, new automatic weather station equipment has been widely used in ground meteorological observation, the ground test business software is replaced by MOI software.The specification for ground meteorological observation and technical problems of daily business work were encountered, on the one hand, it is convenient for the daily operation of the meteorological observer, on the other hand, it can greatly improve the accuracy of the meteorological observation data.
