摘　　要：已经证实，免疫导向药物在体内外具有导向抗肿瘤作用。本文综述了用化疗药物与单克隆抗体连接构建免疫导向药物所应具备的理想条件、存在问题及有关的主要进展。Immunoconjugates have been proved to exhibit antibodydirected antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo.In this article, the ideal condition, problem and main progress on the preparation of immunoconjugates using chemotherapeutic agents linked monoclonal antibodies are reviewed.
