摘  要:在传热学的基础上,建立了接触区等效热阻的角接触球轴承传热模型,并用离散热节点的方法建立热阻网络模型,提出了根据热能量守恒建立热节点微分方程对节点温度进行预测的方法,采用有限元法对电主轴及其轴承温度场进行仿真,并探讨了电主轴转速对轴承接触区等效热阻的影响,以及等效热阻对电主轴温度场分布的影响。结果表明:轴承接触区等效热阻对电主轴温度场分布有较大影响,电主轴转速越高,轴承接触区等效热阻越大,轴承组件中的热梯度越大,在高速精密电主轴热设计中接触区等效热阻不可忽视。Based on the heat transfer theory, the contact zone of the equivalent thermal resistance of angular contact ball bearing heat transfer model is established. And thermal resistance network model is established by the method of discrete hot nodes. Put forward a method of establishing thermal node differential equation to predict node temperature based on the thermal energy conservation. Use the method of the finite element to simulate the motorized spindle and the bearing temperature field. And study the influence of motorized spindle rotate speed on the equivalent thermal resistance of bear contact area and the influence of the equivalent thermal resistance on the motorized spindle temperature field distribution. It is shown that the contact thermal resistance has great influence on temperature field. The higher the speed is, the greater the equivalent thermal resistance will be, and then the greater the thermal gradient in bearing components will be. Therefore, in the research of analysis of high speed modeling, the influence of thermal contact resistance should not ignore.
