软包与软包硬化在B1卷烟包装机组上快速转换的实现

摘　　要：B1卷烟软包硬化机组是在B1软包机组的基础上改造形成的,如要在此设备上进行软包卷烟产品生产,需进行较大的回复调整。为实现B1软包硬化机组与B1软包机组生产功能快速转换,对B1软包硬化机组进行了改造。主要包括:对商标纸纸库左后部的支架加进行平直加宽;一级压纸辊改为胶轮式设计;商标纸涂胶后的传送动力辊——变外径轮设计为圆形胶轮;设计加长底部折叠器的工作面并开槽;对条盒商标纸尺寸进行调整。改造后的B1软包硬化机组,可实现软包硬化与软包的快速转换,转换时间仅为0.5 h,两种产品生产车速均可达到350包/min以上,大大提高了B1软包硬化设备的使用效率。The B1 softy hardening unit is transforms on the B1 cigarette packing line, if must produce soft bag products on this equipment, must make the big reply adjustment. In order to realize the rapid transition of the B1 softy hardening unit and the B1 softy unit, has made the transformation to the B1 softy hardening unit. It includes carries on the straight broaden to the trademark paper storehouse left behind support canada, changes the rubber tire type design the first-level fly roll, after trademark paper rubberizing transmission power roller--changes an outer diameter round design is the circular rubber tire, the design lengthens the base folder＇s working surface and the slot, carry on tune vs the box trade mark paper size.The results showed that it can carry out soft bale hardening and soft bale after reforming of rapid convert, convert time just for 0.5 hours, two kinds of products＂ producing a car soon and all can hit 350/divide above, ralsed the B1 softy hardening equipment＇s use efficiency greatly.
