摘　　要：通过分析高压电能计量系统中分流法窃电特点,发现分流法窃电能引起电能计量二次回路导纳值的变化。提出一种分流法窃电检测模型,并设计了应用于该窃电检测模型的电能计量二次回路导纳和相角测试电路。通过在实验室搭建测试模型,验证了分流法窃电检测模型的有效性。Through analysis of tire shunt current electric power stealing in the high voltage electricity metering system, it is found out that the shunt current electric power stealing couhl generate changes of admittance for the electric power metering secondary circuit. A detection model is proposed for shunt current electric power stealing and test circuit is designed for the admittance and phase. Effectiveness of the detection model is verified through laboratory test.
