摘　　要：为支持IPD管理模式在城中村改造项目的应用,在归纳其具体项目特征的基础上,提出以BIM技术为载体并贯穿工程全生命周期的IPD模式理念;厘清BIM技术与IPD模式的交互性作用,搭建二者的契合点——信息利用框架;最后,建立适用于城中村项目的协同管理模型,以期对城中村项目的IPD应用提供参考。In order to better support the application of IPD management mode,the paper summarizes its specific application characteristics,and puts forward the IPD mode based on the BIM technology which will run through the whole project life cycle. On this basis,the paper clarifies the relationship between BIM technology and IPD mode,and builds their meeting point information utilization framework. Finally,sets up the village project collaborative management model,provides some references for the reform of domestic villages.
