摘 要:随着环境问题的日益突出,制冷剂的替代已经成为了目前制冷空调领域的研究热点之一,受到国内外学者的广泛关注。目前已经全部禁止使用并逐步替代ODP值不为0的制冷剂,正朝着降低GWP的方向努力。经研究发现,新型制冷剂HFO-1336mzz(Z)具有非常优异的热力学性能,且不可燃、低毒性,对环境友好(ODP=0,GWP=2),被认为具有非常好的应用前景。为了全面展示HFO-1336mzz(Z)的研究进展,从HFO-1336mzz(Z)制备,HFO-1336mzz(Z)在发泡剂、制冷空调、热泵和朗肯循环中应用的角度对当前的研究成果进行详细地说明,为HFO-1336mzz(Z)的应用打下坚实的基础。As the environment problem becomes more and more serious,the substitution of refrigerant has been one of the research focuses of refrigeration and air conditioning industry,which has received extensive attention of scholars in the world. Refrigerants whose ODP are not equal to zero are prohibited and now the refrigerant are substituted by refrigerants with low GWP. It was found that a novel refrigerant HFO- 1336mzz(Z) had excellent thermodynamic properties. What is more,HFO-1336mzz(Z) is nonflammable with low toxicity and is environmentally friendly( ODP=0,GWP=2). Thus,it is considered to have very good application prospect. In order to show the research progress of HFO-1336mzz(Z) comprehensively,the preparation methods of HFO- 1336mzz( Z) and its applications in foaming agent,refrigeration and air conditioning,heat pump and Rankine cycle are introduced in this paper. This paper will lay a solid foundation for further applications of HFO-1336mzz(Z).
