何学红降血丹治疗肾性血尿

摘　　要：何学红教授认为外感、内伤相互作用,脏腑功能失调,发为肾性血尿。提出"健脾益气摄血,滋阴补肾,凉血止血",重视整体观,首先明确病因,不可见血止血或妄投固摄或辛温大补,分清本虚标实;自拟降血丹(止血方),针对外感风热、湿热下注、脾肾气虚、阴虚火旺、肝郁气滞,根据体质及感邪轻重,辨证用药;何师认为肾性血尿症状虽轻,但易给患者造成心理负担,调整情志有助于提高疗效,嘱患者注意调摄,节饮食,畅情志,标本兼顾,"未病先防,既病防变"。HE Xuehong exogenous and internal injuries interaction,says professor viscera function disorder,for renal hematuria.Put forward ＂spleen Yiqi perturbation blood,invigorate the kidney and nourishing Yin,cool blood bleeding＂.Attaches great importance to the overall view,the first clear etiology,invisible blood bleeding or jump for controlling actions or Xinwen tonic,distinguish the empty mark;Since the proposed Jiangxuedan（Zhixue Fang）,for exogenous wind hot,humid betting,spleen and kidney deficiency,fire excess from yin deficiency,liver depression and Qi stagnation,weight,according to the constitution and the sense of evil dialectical medication;She think renal hematuria symptom is light,but easy to cause psychological burden to patients,adjustment of modern is helpful to improve curative effect,have the patient note cultivate,diet,chang of modern,specimens,give attention to two or morethings ＂not disease prevention first,preventing the development of the occured disease＂.
