葛根芩连二仁一花汤+如意金黄散敷面联合丹参酮治疗湿热蕴结型寻常痤疮随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察葛根芩连二仁一花汤＋如意金黄散敷面联合丹参酮治疗湿热蕴结型寻常痤疮疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。忌辛辣,劳逸结合。丹参酮,1g/次,2～3次/d。对照组30例夫西地酸钠,2～3次/d。治疗组30例葛根芩连二仁一花汤（葛根20g,黄芩15g,黄连、桃仁各12g,杏仁10g,玫瑰花12g）合如意金黄散12g,薰衣草粉15g,熟石膏粉100g,温水调和敷面部30min。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效16例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。对照组痊愈4例,显效15例,无效11例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。症状积分两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]葛根芩连二仁一花汤＋如意金黄散敷面联合丹参酮治疗湿热蕴结型寻常痤疮疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Gegenqinlian two kernels a flower soup combined joint Tan wishful golden powder surface covered treatment of acne vulgaris heat Accumulation type effect. [Methods] Randomized parallel controlled method, 60 outpatients law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups. Avoid spicy, work and rest. Tan, 1g/times, 2 to 3 times/d. A control group of 30 patients fusidate sodium, 2 to 3 times/d. The treatment group 30 cases Gegenqinlian two kernels a flower soup（Gegen 20 g, Huangqin 15 g, Huanglian,Taoren 12 g, Xingren 10 g, Meiguihua 12g） co wishful golden powder 12g＋Xunyicao 15 g, Shushigao 100 g, warm water to reconcile the surface covered section 30min; western medicine with the control group. 28 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, symptom scores, adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 10 cases, effective in 16 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 86.67%. The control group recovered four cases, effective in 15 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency of 63.33%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Gegenqinlian two kernels a flower soup combined joint Tan wishful golden powder surface covered treatment of acne vulgaris heat Accumulation Type satisfactory outcome, no serious adverse reactions, is worth promoting.
