针刺与疏血通联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究  

The Treatments of Acupuncture and Shu Xue Tong Injection Combined with Western Medicine to Angina Pectoris in Coronary Heart Disease: A Randomly Contrast Study at Parallel Level

摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺与疏血通联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例住院患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组;阿司匹林100mg,1次/d;阿托伐他汀钙10mg,1次/晚。对照组41例单硝酸异山梨酯60mg,1次/d;胸痛发作时予硝酸甘油1mg,舌下含服。治疗组41例针刺(内关、心俞、厥阴俞、巨阙、膻中、膈俞、郄门、阿是穴);疏血通6m L,静脉注射,1/d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、西雅图心绞痛调查量表、ET-1、Hcy、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]西雅图心绞痛调查量表积分两组均有明显升高(P<0.05),治疗组升高优于对照组(P<0.05)。血清ET-1、Hcy水平两组均有明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺与疏血通联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the effects of acupuncture, Shuxuetong injection and western medicine in treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.[Methods] According to the medical record number, the 82 angina pectoris in coronary heart disease patients were divided into two groups randomly, including treatment group and control group. And aspirin 100 mg, 1/d, Atorvastatin calcium 10 mg, 1/night for both of the two groups.simultaneously, 41 patients of control group were given to Isosorbide mononitrate tablets 60 mg, 1/d, orally, if the one suffered from sudden attack of chest pain,nitroglycerin 1 mg were treated with. while 41 patients of treatment group were treated by acupuncture, acupuncture points, including neiguan PC6,xinshu BL15, jueyinshu BL14, juque RN14, danzhong RN17, geshu BL17, ximen PC4, ashi point, combined with Shuxuetong injection 6m Ladded to 0.9% glucose injection 250 ml, while the diabetes patients were given to 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml,1/d. Clinical symptoms, Seattle angina survey scale, ET-1, Hcy, adverse reactions were observed for10 days, as a treatment course.[Results] The Seattle angina survey scale scores in the two groups were increased significantly（P〈0.05）, higher in treatment group than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The serum levels of ET-1 and Hcy of the two groups were decreased significantly（P〈0.05）, the treatment group lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The therapeutic effects of acupuncture and Shu Xue Tong injection combined with western medicine therapy to angina pectoris in coronary heart disease patients is satisfied and worthy of promotion, without serious adverse reactions.
