辨经取穴针刺治疗坐骨神经痛70例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨经取穴针刺治疗坐骨神经痛疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对70例门诊患者辨经取穴针刺：主穴环跳,辨经配穴,依疼痛部位,选5～7穴/次;多条经脉疼痛,选取多条经穴位;足太阳膀胱经证：肾俞、承扶、委中、浮郄、合阳、承筋、承山、昆仑、申脉、金门;足少阳胆经证：风巿、足临泣、阳陵泉、居髎、外丘、悬钟;足阳明胃经证：髀关、伏兔、梁丘、足三里、下巨墟、解溪。直刺0.5～3.0寸,留针30min,1次/d。连续治疗5d为1疗程,疗程间休息2d。观测临床症状、直腿抬高试验、弯腰试验、腰部功能痛、小腿足部麻木、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程（3周）,判定疗效。[结果]治愈35例,有效26例,无效9例,总有效率87.14%（61/70）。[结论]辨经取穴针刺治疗坐骨神经痛疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy by discrimination of differentiation of meridians treatment of sciatica. [Methods] We adopted a prospective design method.Of 70 cases of outpatients with meridional acupuncture：main point Huantiao,meridional distribution points,according to the location of the pain,every 5 to 7 points;meridians pain,select a plurality of acupoints;foot taiyang bladder meridian syndrome：Sh enshu,Chengfu,Weizhong,Fuxi,Heyang,Chengjin,Chengshan,Kunlun,Shenmai,Jinmen;foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian syndrome：Fengshi,Zulinqi,Yanglingquan,Juliao,Waiqiu,Xuanzhong;stomach meridian of foot yangming sundrome：Biguan,Futu,Liangqiu and Zushanli,Xiajuxu,Jiexi.Acupuncture 0.5 to 3 inches,for 30 mins,1 time/d.Continuous treatment of 5d for 1 courses of treatment between the rest of the 2d.Observation of clinical symptoms,straight leg raising test,bending test,waist pain, leg efficacy. [Results] 35 cases were cured,26 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 87.14%（61/70）. [Conclusion] The treatment of sciatica identified by the acupoints significant effect,and no serious side effect was found, worthy of promotion.
